Hello,

We are trying to upload offline conversions with wbraid using google ads api. However we are facing error Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature., at conversions[0].wbraid .

We also reached to our google account representative unfortunately he is not helpful and cannot allow list this feature as he says we need to contact to Google Ads manager support. We don't understand how come google ads api issue is related to Google Ads manager. Its been 2 weeks and we are just being runaround from place to another with no solution. We are fed up with this and unfortunately need to turn off the campaign unless its solved.

Can anyone please confirm do we really need to speed this up with ads manager support and if not then who do we need to connect?

Regards,
Ronak

Hi Ronak,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Support team.

With regards to your concern, It seems we have a duplicate thread for this issue. We can keep correspondence related to this issue on the other thread and I will close this thread to avoid any kind of confusion. Also, it has more context than this thread.

The main problem is you guys are not taking our issues seriously and making us runaround from one place to another. We are facing issues related to Google Ads API and you guys are telling us to contact the Google Ads Manager support which is completely different than google ads that's why we had to open a separate thread.

This is not what we expect from you guys.

Hi Ronak,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Apologies for inconvenience. However, In order to be on the allowlist, an account manager has to go through the process of applying on advertisers behalf, and as for the internal process on the allowlisting request, I'm afraid that this is already outside of our team's expertise.

You may also seek assistance from Google Ads Product Support team, if they can assign a new Google representative / Account Manager since your existing is still not responding to your emails, and move further with allowlisting process. If in case they won't be able to assign, then you may have to wait until this feature get available to everyone without any allowlisting. I would suggest keeping an eye on this blog as we will post for such updates when they are made available to the public.
