New to Google Ads API

Hi, 

I am an advertiser, my google ad account runs health related campaigns, therefore remarketing lists dont work due to policy. how could Google API help me achieve better results on my campaigns if my main goal is to increase conversions?

Hello,

When creating your campaigns through the API, you can set its Bidding Strategy Type to MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS. This will help your campaigns primarily focus on increasing its conversions.
