TargetingIdeaService suggested keywords relevance and data integrity

Hi,

Using the TargetingIdeaService to get KW ideas, I'm having several problems:

1. I don't know how the "relevance" order works. (I saw an old post about it and 1 answer said that it's based on competition, but it'a just not true)

2. The data for SEARCH_VOLUME, AVERAGE_CPC and COMPETITION for each idea look very different for the same data shown on the UI results (for the same text). Any explanation regarding that?

About ad relevance, please view a related discussion on AdWords forum.
