hen running GetCampaigns.php I have this token error more like I do for it to be approved read everything README IS FURTHER WITH THIS ERROR is over 1 week ago and nothing of bde approval

The DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED error is triggered when you are using an unapproved developer token to make API calls against Production accounts. An unapproved and test access developer token can be used to make calls against a test account. You will need a Basic access token which can be applied by submitting this form to make API calls against a Production account. The API Compliance team will get back with a response within two business days, once the form is submitted. You can refer to this guide about different access levels and their limits in detail.
