Customer Id not exists in MCC

Hi,
I’m facing a strange issue while validating a list of CIDs. I found that one of the CIDs does not exist at the MCC level, yet I’m still able to retrieve campaigns for it.

MCC: 507-177-3039
Customer ID: 496-765-8808

Could you please help me understand why this is happening?
