Hello all,
I am trying to add audience website visitor like in the UI image I added here.
I have a few accounts (for the same website) under the manager account that I made for them a cross-account conversion.
my problem is that I don't know how to use the conversion I made, and which service do I need to use?

Thanks,
Shlomi

Hello Shlomi,

The shared view represents the audience that are targeted for that specific campaign, by choosing the userlist on the view you are targeting all those users for that specific campaign whereas when you set a conversion tracker you will be able to upload the offline conversions(like store visits and phone calls) and some of the conversions like clicks, website visits and phone calls will be tracked automatically and provide key insights into users' actions after viewing or clicking an ad. You could refer this guide to know more about conversion tracking and setting up conversions. Also, please note that cross account conversion tracking needs to be set up with the UI but the upload can be done via the API. You will need to use the MCC instead of client account while uploading in the client customer id of the request header. You could use OfflineConversionFeedService to upload the conversions. Please go through the guide and let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Sai Teja,
But I know how to upload an offline conversion and this is not the problem.
I already make a cross-account conversion (for visits) but I don't know how to connect it to each campaign that I am creating with the API.
Just want to track visits to our site.

thanks

Hello Shiomi,

If you are trying to track your website visits thought cross-account conversion tracking, could you please confirm whether you followed the step-1 ans step-2 of this article while creating the cross-account conversion tracker? If not please follow these steps and then replace the tracking tag on your website's conversion pages as specified in this article. Its a one time process, when you place the tracking tag on your website, it will keep recording the conversion irrespective of the creation of new campaigns as the tracking tag is placed on the website's conversion pages.

Thanks Teja,
So let me be sure that I understand you right.
We already did the 2 steps that wrote in this article, so right now every one of our accounts and even if we create a new account for our site is already count the visits?
I don't need to connect every account that I am creating throw the API to the cross-account conversion?

Thanks for your help I am very appreciating it.

Hello Shlomi,

Every time a new account created, you need to make sure the "Conversion account" cell is pointing to "This manager" as mentioned in the step-2 of this guide. Also, we cannot setup the cross account conversion tracking via API, so you have to do it manually via UI. If you have any questions while setting up the cross account conversion tracking for the newly created and existing accounts, please contact the AdWords help from the top right corner of your AdWords account or can post your concern on the Advertiser community forum.

OK, thanks Teja,
The last question, as you can see in the picture I added in the first message I am trying to set a bid adjustment for the customers who already visit our site, how can I do it throw the API for every campaign that I am creating?
Thanks,
Shlomi

Hello Shlomi,

According to the screenshot shared by you earlier, you are trying to add the user list "All visitors (AdWords)" to your campaign "d5t4w_1". You could get the userListId of that user list then set it to campaignCriterion using CriterionUserList then use ADD operation and perform campaingCriterionService.mutate request to add that userList to your campaign. You could refer this guide for more information and for the code sample refer to the "Targeting ads in a campaign to a user list is done similarly:" section of the guide mentioned.

To add bid modifiers to the campaign you need to set the bidModifier in the CampaingCriterion. Please refer to the "Adding, updating and removing bid adjustments" section of this guide for more information. Let me know if you have any further questions.
