Hi Google Ads Team,

We are running a script that adds the negative keywords to an ad group and we encountered an internal error while running the mutate calls.

Request made: ClientCustomerId: [***********], Host: googleads.googleapis.com, Method: /google.ads.googleads.v10.services.AdGroupCriterionService/MutateAdGroupCriteria, RequestId: hZQ_b0eTDIILO6zu6F9kBg, IsFault: True, FaultMessage: Internal error encountered.

Addition to the error is this:

grpc._channel._InactiveRpcError: <_InactiveRpcError of RPC that terminated with:

   status = StatusCode.INTERNAL

   details = "Internal error encountered."

   debug_error_string = "{"created":"@1651487542.363880812","description":"Error received from peer ipv4:142.251.46.202:443","file":"src/core/lib/surface/call.cc","file_line":903,"grpc_message":"Internal error encountered.","grpc_status":13}"

We're continually encountering the same error (with different created values and ip addresses) across various GAQL requests with no discernible pattern surrounding the resource queried having an impact, which also makes it difficult to reproduce consistently.

All good now, I adjusted the retry sleep and chunk the payload.
