How to download geo targets with Google Ads API?

Hello,

I'm trying to use this report in order to get geo targets:

SELECT geo_target_constant.canonical_name,
geo_target_constant.country_code,
geo_target_constant.id,
geo_target_constant.name,
geo_target_constant.parent_geo_target,
geo_target_constant.resource_name,
geo_target_constant.status,
geo_target_constant.target_type
FROM geo_target_constant

However, this query returns empty results on every account id I've tried (though I don't know should account play any role here since it's static info?). Any help appreciated.
