till now no talks on access token

Hi google api team, this is the 5th time i am raising a conversation about the issue of access level of our token, it is disturbing how i don’t get any response, 993-924-1552  i urge you to help me as the token is not approved, it has stalled my work, and i cant develop further, please help , i wasn’t give any ID,
