How I can create a report that segmented by conversion action? 

For example, I would love to see clicks, impressions, ctr, purchase, cost/purchase.

Additionally, you can utilize the Google Ads Query Builder and Query Validator to build and validate the queries for retrieving the data in the Google Ads API. 

Also, could you please provide us with uncropped UI screenshots in the Google Ads UI for which you want to retrieve it via the API, so that we can better assist you.
