Thank you for reaching out. I could see that you want to fetch the conversion repeat rate using Google Ads API, but I'm afraid this is not yet supported. In the Google Ads API, you can find here the list of metrics fields that you can pull as of the moment.

For now, you may keep an eye on our blog for the latest updates.
