Moving forward, you may see the items below:
- I can see that you've encountered the authorizationError : CUSTOMER_NOT_ENABLED which means the customer can't be used because it isn't enabled. Kindly note that you can't send a request using a canceled customer account. That being said, you may check this article as it explains the details on how to Reactivate a cancelled Google Ads account.
- "upon calling a suspended account the API response returned "Enabled" which is not correct" - Could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end showing this behavior? Also, you may see this article which is about Google Ads account suspensions.
