Campaigns have no clicks or impressions

I've been struggling now for a few days with a problem trying to get correct data for our campaigns using the API and a report of type CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. What i do is basically i get all the data for an account for a given period in a CSV format.

What's the problem ? Well, i'm able to get about half of the campaigns from the account with correct data, the other half doesn't come through in this report. If i set includeZeroImpressions = TRUE then they are coming but have 0 impressions and 0 clicks. However this is not true, if i look in the Adwords application then i can clearly see that these campaigns have clicks and impressions for that given period. 

Any hint is appreciated on why would this be happening.

I need to be able to look at your account to figure out more details. Could you please use the "Reply to Author" option to share with me

- A report definition xml you are using

- The output report

- The developer and client customer IDs.

I'll investigate this further.
