Responsive search ad - headline recommendations via API

Hello team,

I want to get a list of headline and description suggestions for a responsive search ad via Google Ads API based on a given ad final URL. 

I think that I need to use the this resource https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v11/Recommendation.ResponsiveSearchAdAssetRecommendation

Can you provide some simple code (coding language is not important) that illustrates the usage of recommendation service based on a final URL.

Here's our  Detect And Apply Recommendations sample, you may change the query of the recommendation resource used to add the field recommendation.responsive_search_ad_asset_recommendation and filter based on recommendation.type = RESPONSIVE_SEARCH_AD_ASSET and use general programming techniques to offer a yes /no to application for each row.
