Campaign Criterion Simulation - None Response

Hi.

I'm trying to retrieve some simulations for campaign criterion

Account production and display campaign.

I'm getting:

• Response: None

Why ? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for response

I think I have the answer in the following links:

I got Response: None because I was trying with display campaigns with shared budget and  app campaigns without shared budget

So if you confirm that this theory is correct (therefore the Response: None is correct) is not necessary continue to investigate! Do you agree?

I am curious though as to how ever from Google Ads Manager UI, I can see bid simulation for app campaign but not through Google Ads API

Next days I will create some display campaign without shared budget and I hope to make it work

Hi Andrea,

According to https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/ads/ad-types#where_do_you_want_your_ads_to_appear it appears that app engagement campaigns aren't on the search network nor the display network. Regular app campaigns don't have that restriction. To pin down the issue you can send us privately a request and response log. Campaigns using Shared budget are incompatible with bid simulation functionality.
