Developer Token Basic Access

Hi,

We have applied for google ads basic access of developer token almost 3 weeks back no response up til now.

- Followed the instructions.
- Submitted the basic access form with all the required data.
- Uploaded the required document.
- Submitted another application about delay.

Got no response up til now. Whats missing on my end?
