API - disable

how can  disable my API? although I entered API center under my business account and it was empty

If you want to disable the API, I suggest you go through this help center article about the Disable an API for more information. Also, provide us with the uncropped UI screenshot of the API center with the visibility of the Google Ads customer ID (CID).
