Google Ads daily budget vs flexible budget script

Hello!

As far as I know the daily budget on Google Ads adjust the budget per month (30,5 days). For example, if Iset that I'm going to spend 5 euros per day and a month is 30 days, the cost will be 150 euros in total for the whole campaign.

If the campaign doesnt use the whole buget in a day, Google Ads will accumulate it for the next day.

I was reading about the flexible budget script and for me is, basically, the same. So what's the difference between them?
