If Japanese or Chinese characters are used in the headlines of ad_group_ad, the actual editable length will be greatly reduced.

As shown in the following picture, when I copy a string with a length of 30 into headlines, it exceeds the length limit of headlines. Doesn't your system judge based on the number of characters? As per provided information, I understand that you copy a string with a length of 30 into headlines while creating ads but it exceeds the length limit of headlines. If you create ads using different languages, please be aware that the character limit may vary. Kindly note that for languages that use double-width characters like Chinese ,Japanese or Korean can contain the 12 characters in the Headline and 17 characters in each line of ad text. I would recommend you to go through this Campaigns Text ads help center article for more detailed information.
