Could you please confirm if you are using the Google Ads API or Content API for shopping to retrieve the handling Time Attributes from the Shipping Settings

If it's Google Ads API, share the uncropped screenshot of the fields and complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If it's a Content API for shopping, let us know so that we can route you to the respective support team.
