Follow-Up on Basic Access Developer Token Application

Hello,

I currently have a developer token with test account access level, and I am requesting to have it upgraded to basic access level.

For the past several weeks, I have been applying for basic access, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I have submitted the application three times, and unfortunately, none of my requests have been addressed yet.

For your reference, here are the case numbers associated with my applications:

[3-5809000039674]
[4-8180000040522]

The first application was submitted on December 25, and since then I have not received any reply or update regarding the status of my requests.

At this point, I am not sure what additional steps I should take. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I require basic access in order to work with real Google Ads accounts. I am unsure why the review process is taking this long, and I would really appreciate your assistance in moving this forward.
