RateExceededError on test account

Hello so i was wondering since i am working with a test account,

and i have been doing testing so far ... but all of a sudden i am getting RateExceededError error and cant proceed with my work for the

next 24 hours, i thought that test accounts don't have limits ...

Test accounts have the same rate limits as production accounts.
