API token application processing

Hello.

I recently applied for the API token. After I submitted the application I'v got an email with a link saying I should fill out a form.The link seems to be broken. Link is shown as a button with caption "Fill out form!". Link target is: "https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtokenlow/".

Message is from nor...@google.com.

I am asking for an advice on what to do next i.e. where to address with this issue.
