I've applied for the basic Google Api Acess via form 2 months ago. We
applied again multiple times in the following weeks.
Me and my team also submitted two times on the support form.
We ended up halting Google integration for a month, returning to it only
this week.
I don't have any case IDs as I've heard nothing from Google regarding the
submission.

I've seen in this group that there are so many requests for this and people
have heard nothing. Can you please explain why this is taking so long to

Kindly note that developer tokens are only approved to Google Ads Manager account (MCC ID), it appears that you are looking for a developer token in the client account(CID). If you don't have a manager account, you can create one and you can follow this document to know How to apply for a developer token in the manager account.
