I submitted the request to upgrade my Developer Token from test to basic
two weeks ago, but haven't received any update since.
 
Does anyone have any idea on how long this usually takes? Or if there's
anything one can do to speed it up? Is there any way to contact support?

Hello,
 
I've applied for the basic Google Api Acess via form 2 months ago. We
applied again multiple times in the following weeks.
Me and my team also submitted two times on the support form.
We ended up halting Google integration for a month, returning to it only
this week.
 
I don't have any case IDs as I've heard nothing from Google regarding the
submission.
 
My MCC is 987-248-7396.

I applied for basic access on the API weeks ago. I've still had no
response. I contacted the ads compliance team using the contact form
here https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api?sjid=10470512225294048505-EU.
I've heard nothing.
 
I've seen in this group that there are so many requests for this and people
have heard nothing. Can you please explain why this is taking so long to
approve these requests?
 
I don't have a case ID from the compliance team, I've heard nothing from
them.

Kindly note that developer tokens are only approved to Google Ads Manager account (MCC ID), it appears that you are looking for a developer token in the client account(CID). If you don't have a manager account, you can create one and you can follow this document to know How to apply for a developer token in the manager account.

advertising ids into it, but when we verify customer list from Google ads
Dashboard it says that size = 0.

You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

ago, I also contacted the compliance team and have had no response.

I have no case ID as the compliance team haven't responded to me. Please

In order to assist you further, provide more information on the "manage conversion actions for Smart Campaigns" you're referring to. I suggest you go through the Smart Campaigns documentation to know more about the smart campaign.
 
You mentioned that you queried for campaign_conversion_goal and conversion_goal_campaign_config for a Smart Campaign but there are no results. To check it on our end, we need complete API logs so provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.
 
If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

I could see that the campaign: 20717377421 has status 'Removed', this is the reason you are facing an error. Please note that it is not possible to perform any mutate operation on the removed campaigns. Hope this helps.
