Rate exceeded error after 3 calls

Is there an issue going on with the API today? I got a rate exceeded error after less than a handful of calls today

Do you happen to have any logs when this error occurred? Did this error occur in the Account scope or the developer scope? I'm not aware of any ongoing issues. Once I have more details, I can further investigate. Please use Reply privately to author when sending the logs.
