Missing First Position and Top of Page bid estimate

Hello team,

in the past weeks/months we're experiencing huge lacks of information about the First Position & Top of Page Bid Estimate when querying googleAdsServiceClient.

We've seen the same data missing also from Google Ads UI.

Considering that we've heavily relied on such data in the past, we should consider them gone for good or it's just a momentary bug of the system?
