Unavailable feed image

Hello,

I have got the PLACEHOLDER_FEED_ITEM_REPORT for one of the adwords account and in that report I can see many rows with Disapproval reasons = ["Unavailable feed image"] and Approval status = Disapproved , but I have checked the account and I cannot see any ad extensions disapproved.

Can anyone please look into this, is there any issue with this report?
