Youtube data API V3 and GoogleSignIn Approval process

Hi Dear Google Expert ,

  I have developed a application  using Youtube data API  and GoogleSignIn where i have applied for approval and done 1 months but he did not get any response from that side whereas he is saying that : - 

  [ The Trust and Safety team has received your form. They will contact you by email if necessary. The review process can take up to 4–6 weeks. Expect the first email from our Trust and Safety team within 3–5 days. Your last approved consent screen is still in use.].

  Now tell me what can i do to get fast approval and other movement further. please reply as soon as possible.
