Sometimes there're RateExceededError:BillingPerDay but another request few seconds later is OK

Hi,

i have a strange problem and i come here to get your help :)

I have ~1k5 operations to do in a batch, with a client limitation of one request by second.

But after the firsts requests, API respond an RateExceedError ([RateExceededError <rateName=BillingPerDay, rateKey=level1_plan, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>]). 

And just after (few seconds after)  the next request is OK ...

How it's possible ? what's the problem ? 

My Client ID is 657-353-0171 and i use this developper account.

Hi Boris,

Most RateExceededErrors are easily resolved after retrying your request based on retryAfterSeconds. If you feel that you are consistently getting these errors, I recommend upgrading your access level to Standard. With Standard Access, you have an unlimited amount of operations. Here is a link to apply for Standard Access.
