Changes failed to save error

Hello! 

I need help in the following issue! I’m trying to create a new search campaign  on Google Ads and everything seems fine until I’am in review step it doesn't let me publish and a „Changes failed to save" error appears without a proper context or explanation. I cleared the browser cash and cookies, resized the images, optimized the titles and descriptions so I did everything I though it causes the problem. The optimization score is 90%. I already published a search campaign before so it is not the 1s one and it was without any problem. My internet browser is Firefox the latest version. Thanks for your help in advance!!!!!!!!!
