Hello,

for one of our customers we download PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT:

SELECT CampaignId, CampaignName, AdGroupId, AdGroupName, ProductGroup, SearchAbsoluteTopImpressionShare, Impressions, Cost, ConversionValue FROM PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT WHERE CampaignStatus = ENABLED AND AdGroupStatus = ENABLED AND SearchAbsoluteTopImpressionShare > 0 DURING  20201208  , 20201215  

The error we get is:

ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND

Any idea what the problem could be and how to resolve it?

Hi Ales,

When I navigate to the Product groups tab of your account, I run into an internal error. This leads me to believe the issue with your product groups is not limited to the API. I recommend reaching out to the product team to see why there is an issue.
