AdWords google account with multiple MCC accounts - query returns only one MCC account instead of all

Hi all,

Apologies if I can't explain the problem properly but never actually worked with the API myself.

Trying to use tools (Supermetrics and Blockspring) to get our AdWords data in Sheets.

Our AdWords account has a couple of MCC accounts under it and when I connect either SUpermetrics or Blockspring and try and select an account to pull a report from I only have access to one of the MCC accounts we have under our google account.

It appears like a random account is picked but strangely both Supermetrics and Blockspring picked it so I am guessing it's not random and for whatever reason the API is only sending data for this one account.

Any tips of changes we can make to the account to fix this?

Or if you can point to the right documentation I can look at so I can try and get Supermetrics/Blockspring to look into this?

Please correct my understanding if I am wrong. Could you confirm if you are using third party applications (Supermetrics and Blockspring) to generate AdWords API reports? Additionally, could you also confirm if this is being done via an integration with the AdWords UI? If yes, then I'm afraid that it is out of scope for our team as we only provide support for AdWords API related concerns.

If your concern is more related to the AdWords UI, you may consult with the product experts in the AdWords Community Forum as they may be able to provide better assistance regarding this matter.
