For upgrading to basic access

I applied for basic access to my Ads Manager account 10 days ago, but I have not received any response regarding whether it has been approved or denied. What steps can I take to expedite the process?

Everyone has the same problem and every "product experts" suggests posting here, the link you send in all your answers yields no results. I've been waiting for two months now
