Invalid XML errors - Keywords Performance Report over weekend

Hello,

We received the below errors on 8/19/2016, 8/20/2016, and 8/21/2016 around 9 PM ET with our application that imports data from the reporting API by pulling the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.  It appears the API was intermittently returning invalid XML as each error was in reference to data for a different account. We are using v201605 of the API using the .NET client library.  Were there some issues with the API over the weekend?  We were able to run our import process successfully this morning (8/22/2016).

System.Xml.XmlException: '¬', hexadecimal value 0x1F, is an invalid character. Line 1, position 1.

System.Xml.XmlException: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

We've been getting multiple reports of this over the weekend (https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/BXnAVhYe538/gxHMxDPqDgAJ). Thank you for providing more information so we can pinpoint what's going on. I'll update you as soon as we fix this.
