Geo performance report - Filter by region returns cities from other regions

Hi there,

I'm fetching cities filtered by region, but cities are being returned that are not actually in that region. For example, requesting cities filtered by region Missouri (Region ID: 21157).

All cities returned indeed have the region ID for Missouri in the result, but checking the cities themselves they are actually from random other states as well (e.g. Perry (State: Georgia), Hollister (State: California), Sheldon (State: Iowa), etc.). Plotting them all on a map, you get just an overview of the entire US rather than just the cities in Missouri:
