I've been contact google ads api compliance team for 1 month

I requested google api basic access about three times and waiting for 1 month.

I also tried contacting them via the contact form (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api?sjid=17484639699494147334-NC), but again received no response or even a confirmation of receipt. and I checked my junk mail and spam folders can't get any ticket mail or any emails from google ads compliance team.

I can't get any response from google ads api compliance team.
