No response on Basic API access request after 2 weeks

Hello,
I have requested basic API access for MCC ID on 12/7/2023: 587-123-3291

On 12/14/2023, I submitted a request to review my application through the Google Ads contact form.

I have not received a case number or any correspondence.  My email address domain is the domain for which I have requested access for our application.  

We will be using the API to upload conversions.

Is there any way to get an ETA on when the Google Ads Compliance team will review or make sure my application is complete?

Has anyone else received an update on their Basic API access application?  I see a bunch of posts but no indication that there is a resolution.

I also encountered the same problem. I sent the API application without any confirmation letter. I had no idea where the review progress was. It was also said that it would be reviewed in three days, but nothing happened.
