Batch job error: The MutateJob was aborted. There are no further results to return.

Hi Team,

I had followed the documentation (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/samples/add-shopping-product-listing-group-tree?hl=en) to add a shopping product listing group tree. The code was working without any issues until last week.

We are seeing the below error for all the mutate operations in the batch job.

Mutate job #6 has a status 'The MutateJob was aborted. There are no further results to return.' and response of type 'N/A'

There has been no code change (verified multiple times).
Can you please let us know the reason for this kind of an error.

If I use the same set of operations in a adGroupCriterionServiceClient.mutateAdGroupCriteria() method, it is working.

The same set of operations in a batch job is throwing the error The MutateJob was aborted. There are no further results to return.' and response of type 'N/A'

for all the operations.

So our team can better investigate the errors, could you share as well the generated request and response logs, and its request-id? In addition, could you also share any batch job IDs generated by your requests?

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

We are getting same error for one of our accounts with a particular structure. Operations are failing with the following error:

• Provide the complete (request and response with request-id) logs with request ID generated as shown in the respective links.

  
If you haven't enabled logging yet, it can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag. This will cause the tool to include the HTTP response headers in the output.
