Hello all,

We have been using the Targeting Idea Service in our application.

We have the following dependencies: ads-lib and adwords-axis

We recently migrated to 4.5.0 from 3.15.1

I noticed this disclaimer on

Try the new Google Ads API—which has the latest Google Ads features. The AdWords API is in maintenance mode and not being actively developed.

Can we continue to use Google Adwords API ? How long do we have before it reaches its end of life?

Hi Karthick,

From the time of the V1 release of the Google Ads API, there will be approximately one year to complete the migration to the new code base. Google will sunset and disable the AdWords API at that time. Calls to the AdWords API will fail after the sunset. We recommend migrating to Google Ads API.
