Hi,

I am working on developing an integration for Google Ads. I was exploring on API and could see that there are libraries from Google in Java, PHP but nothing in nodejs or just plain ReST API that we can access via Postman.

Could someone please share if anything that could be used. I am sorry for asking this as I am limited in choice of programming language.

thanks,
BrajMohan

Hi BrajMohan,

Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API Forum.

In Google Ads API's perspective, I am afraid that Node.js is not a supported client library. However, if you want to build your own client library such as a nodejs, you may consider the below information:

The build files provide targets for building Generated API Clients (GAPICs) based on the Google Ads  API protocol buffers. These GAPIC libraries are not officially supported client libraries. They are provided to aid in understanding the internals of the API's client library generation proces or building custom gRPC-based clients. However, any custom clients built using these artifacts are not officially supported by Google. For production ready client libraries, use our official client libraries at https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs.

For the Rest API, you may check this document as it presents details specific to REST and explains what you need to know to call the REST interface directly.
