In Google Ads API's perspective, I am afraid that Node.js is not a supported client library. However, if you want to build your own client library such as a nodejs, you may consider the below information:
The build files provide targets for building
Generated API Clients (GAPICs) based on the Google Ads
API protocol buffers. These GAPIC libraries are not officially supported client libraries. They are provided to aid in understanding the internals of the API's client library generation proces or building custom gRPC-based clients. However, any custom clients built using these artifacts are not officially supported by Google. For production ready client libraries, use our official client libraries at
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs.
