Can I obtain a JDBC URL from AdWords API?

Hi to all, 

I'm trying to connect data from my Google AdWords account to my ETL software . 

For that, the ETL software request me the JDBC URL like:

jdbc:protocol://host:port/databasename

But I don't know if it's possible (neither how to do this) or I'll need a connector provider. 

Does anybody know how?
