I checked already all the internet can't find the right way to create test account for google ads....

can someone help me with guide or something and not just sending me the documentation of google.

Their documentation is not understandable read few times and didnt get that.

so how to create test google ads account ?

With regard to creating a test account, you can refer to this guide on how you can create your test account. Kindly note that test accounts can only be created through the Google Ads API, though they can be viewed in the UI. Let me know if you need anything else.
