Programmatically address Refine Keywords beta

Hi,

I have question regarding accessing the "Refine Keywords beta" functionality programmatically. This functionality has been released (albeit it being stated as a beta) for over a year. Is this feature by chance already accessible through the (Keywords Planner) API? - I was unable to find similar functionality in the API documentation.
