Mutate Smart Campaigns in google ads api Beta

Hello,

I'm using google ads api with python client library and google-ads 7.0.0.
I'm able to retrieve smart campaigns but I can't change their budgets.
It´s getting MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT.

Is there something I can do in order to Mutate smart campaigns?

Hi Guilherme,

Thank you for reaching out. MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT indicates that a mutate action is not allowed on this campaign, from this client. The mutation of the Smart Campaigns is not available in the API. Another possibility is that the campaign was created using the AdWords Express.
