Request to Google Adwords through Google APIs returns AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

Hello.

Can You please help us with some advice. We have some problems with getting data from Google Adwords through Google APIs. We had linked client's account with MCC account in Google Adwords. Google APIs and Google Adwords (MCC) configured on the same account (*@gmai.com). Also we get Developer token in MCC Account (Basic). In Google APIs we generated OAuth 2.0 token. Also we download clients lib on PHP (it works before). But when we are making request to Google, we get response:

Hi,

The AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error is usually caused by having no link between the manager account authenticated in the request and the client account specified in the headers. 

To help you investigate further, could you share to us privately (using reply privately to author option) the following information?

• MCC account Id used to generate OAuth2 credentials
• Client account Id targeted for the API request
• SOAP request and response logs when error was encountered (Please refer to this guide if SOAP logging is not yet enabled)
