To investigate the issue further, could you please provide the complete request and response with request-id?If you haven’t yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.

If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Hi Luis,

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

Since version 10 and as per its release notes :
  • The get method and any services that exclusively had a get method have been removed. Retrieve objects with Search and SearchStream from GoogleAdsService.
That said, could you confirm if the "version 14.0.1 of google-ads to version 16.0.0 I" you are referring to are client library versions? If yes, then the updated client library version should already be referring to the API's latest resources as well.

You may then follow the above guide and use the updated approaches for retrieving objects. I hope this helps.
