No response from Basic Access Application

we have applied for Basic Access ~3 weeks ago, but haven't heard back since then. We already contacted the support via this form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api?sjid=16168461549043963163-EU and did not get any answer yet. 

Is there anything we can do to get a response from the respective team?
