Ad Type under video report

Hi,

Im trying to get ad type (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v9/AdTypeEnum.AdType?hl=en) from video performance report (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v9/video?hl=en).

I noticed that ad type is not available but tried to select it (ad_group_ad.ad.type):

SELECT

campaign.name, ad_group.name, ad_group_ad.ad.type, ad_group_ad.ad.id, segments.ad_network_type, metrics.impressions,

FROM video'

.' WHERE metrics.impressions > 0 AND segments.date DURING LAST_7_DAYS';

And It returns a numeric value but it doesnt match with current ENUM. For instance it returns 29 for a given ad which is "Skippable in-stream ad" but 29 would be "Universal app pre-registration ad." as per above enum page.

Am I missing something?

Seems that returned values match enum values at:

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v9/ad_group_ad?hl=en#ad_group_ad.ad.type

Just confirmed that it doesn't match... im receiving value = 30 and this offset doesnt exist. Also a bumper ads creative gives a value of 25 which is "Video Non Skippable In Stream Ad" in above enum (taking it as an array with a 0 value for "App Ad". and the same with VIDEO_NON_SKIPPABLE_IN_STREAM_AD ads which receive a value of 29

Where could i find the correct enum for this?

Please note that the numeric value of the enums will depend on the client library that you are using. With this, you will need to check the numeric value of the enums in your client library. However, so that I can help direct you to the right support channel where you can get answers to this question, just let me know what client library you are using (list of the supported client libraries here).

Hi Álvaro,

In our Get Keyword Stats sample an ENUM name is accessed like this:

KeywordMatchType::name($adGroupCriterion->getKeyword()->getMatchType())
