Hey Team,
We have managed to setup an API connection with Google Ads and are able to pull the data. However, we wanted more clarity around what all columns should be pulled from which views (Keyword View or Ad Group Ad View) to do general omni channel reporting.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

After reviewing your query, I understand that you are looking for assistance on Keyword View and Ad Group Ad View. I would suggest you refer to the documents keyword_view and ad_group_ad to get more information on all the available fields.

I hope this helps. Kindly get back to us if you have any further queries.

 Hey Team,

Thanks for the update.
I tried pulling a full exhaustive list at adgroupad and keyword level for around 402 and 370 columns respectively, and I discovered that I am getting the same output columns count of 145 each for both the levels and the data and the columns are identical for both the levels. I am getting extra columns in adgrouad level, even which I am not asking, for like i am getting 108 columns from my list and 37 columns are extra which i don't even ask for in adgroupad level, these 37 columns are present in keyword level. Will you please let me know about the possible reason for the same?

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

By reviewing your query, I understand that you are getting some discrepancy in the adgroupad level data. In order to investigate further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end to better assist you on this request.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
