Cannot find Cloud Setup project ID on Large Scale Link Checker

I was following the instructions on this google documentation

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/solutions/adsmanagerapp-larger-scale-link-checker

One of the step is to get the Cloud Setup project ID, which I followed step-by-step and the ID was not appearing as it supposed to.

Can anyone help me on this?
